SHIPPING & DELIVERY

PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME DURING SALE PERIODS AND OVER THE CHRISTMAS BREAK

The White Shed uses Australia Post to ship your items.

Postage cost is calculated on weight and destination and an estimate will be displayed prior to checkout.

Your order will be processed once your payment has cleared and shipped within 7 days and normally less than this. If you should require your item urgently please email us after checkout.

We will notify you when you purchase has been shipped.

Below is an estimate of delivery times for different areas

Adelaide- next day

SA- one to three days

All other capital cities- three to four days

Australia post will also be used to send international orders. Please contact us for further details.

Personal information provided to The White Shed will not be given to any third party for use other than for delivery of products purchased.

Payment is made through Paypal and therefore all sensitive infomation sent between your computer and their servers will be encrypted by Paypal.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

 

 

Should you not be happy with any of your purchases and wish to return them for a refund or exchange, the product must be returned within 7 days of purchase and in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

A refund will not be provided for postage associated with returns due to change of mind.

The White Shed has the right to refuse return or exchange where the product is deemed to have been used and when the original packaging has been damaged.

When an item has been returned within 7 days due to a fault being detected The White Shed will refund or cover any postage costs associated with the return.

Please notify of your intention to return or exchange any item pruchased at your earliest convenience. Photo proof of any damage may be reqested.

All prices are shown in Austrlian dollars and include 10% goods and services tax.

PAYMENT

IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS AND NO CONTACT MADE WITH US THE ORDER WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED!

You may pay via Paypal or Direct Deposit.

If you select Direct Deposit, Bank Details will be emailed to you on an invoice after checkout.

The White Shed also uses Paypal to process payments. You will be automatically directed to the Paypal site.

You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase.

Paypal accepts Mastercard and Visa, just click on 'continue' under the Matercard and Visa icons to put in your card details.

You may also pay via direct deposit if you have an existing Paypal account or register to set up a new account.

Once you payment has been cleared via Paypal in to The White Shed account your order will be sent.
